Usifo L. Jumade Braithwaite

A trendsetter and media influencer, Usifo Jumade Braithwaite is the former editor-in-chief of Applaud Int'l Ghana. He was the founding editor in Ghana & UK's of the Next Int'l Magazine (the only English franchise title outside the UK) and produced 34 issues of the magazine. He is currently a Director and Partner at Reignmakers Media and the Editor in Chief of City Express Magazine from City Express Group. JB was the youngest black Editor in Chief of Next Int'l Magazine in its illustrious history. He is the sole editor in chief of Applaud Magazine. In 2012 he was voted among the top 10 most influential people in media in Ghana alongside Cole Franklin and Abbey Mesh in their media and social contributions. He holds a BA (Hons) in Advertising, Marketing Communications and Public Relations - from London Metropolitan University, awaiting BS(Hons). in Political Science and Int'l Relations from the University of Abuja Nigeria and a Master of Science degree in Economics and Data Analytics from the London Metropolitan University. An astute organiser, his knack for versatility in his media ventures and receptive attitude – in tandem with his youthful vigour and zest for excellence – have aided a glittering career and a master coordinator. He has worked in Bank, and across various publishing and media disciplines: from marketing and production, to business journalist, business development editor, content manager, project manager for the Tomorrow’s Leaders Convention, editor of Achiever magazine, editor of Leadership magazine, founding editor of Black race Magazine and founding member of African Independent Magazine..

Usifo 'Tosin Khadijat is the Head of operations, Lead Style Manager and Content Manager at Jumade Braithwaite & Associates, City Express Magazine & the City Express Group. Since graduating from Osun State University with a BSc in Economics, Governance and Political Transformation, she has written for Leadership and City Express Magazine Quarterly. Her fierce attitude is reflected in her craft, passion for writing and immense love for property business. A driver of all things progress, she believes words have the power to inform and transform that every success earned is as a result of hardwork and appropriate diligence put together.
Muhy Kunle Shittu
Legal Adviser
Shittu a legal practitioner, seasoned speaker and an award-winning designer with over 20 years’ experience in both legal advertising and property publication. His passion for design is evident in his high-quality and diverse portfolio which includes numerous awards for property publications such as in City Express Magazine, Best New Title and Cover of the Year. He has also exercised his creative and legal talent brochures, logos, annual reports, corporate seminars and tour guides, as well as spearheading business marketing projects and related presentations. He launched her website Legal Stance in property advertising in 2006 and it reflects his hard work, a striving for perfection, reliability, excellent service and commitment to her chosen profession; he is always up to date on the latest property and legal trends. He has two Msc degrees and is a LLM legal holder. Away from work he enjoys an outdoor life, also sharing legal annual reports activities amongst fellows.
